The Personal Information we collect and store remains encrypted and is securely archived on servers provided by Planet Hoster, located at 4416 Louis B. Mayer, Laval, Quebec, H7P 0G1, Canada, and Amazon Web Services Inc., located at 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, Washington, 98109.

All our data is hosted on Canadian servers. Rest assured that this Personal Information is disclosed only when we are legally obligated to do so.

3.3 Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose your Personal Information to our employees, contractors, consultants, agents, Service Providers, and other trusted third parties who require this information to help us operate our Website, conduct and safeguard our business activities, or serve you. These Service Providers must first agree in writing to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information in compliance with applicable laws and our Information Governance Program. Additionally, only personnel within our organization who need to access and process your Personal Information will have access, in accordance with our Internal Privacy Protection Policy.

When we disclose your Personal Information to Service Providers, we enter into written agreements with them before sharing your data and provide only the information necessary to fulfill their mandate. Through these agreements, we ensure that the principles outlined in this Policy are upheld. Service Providers are required to handle Personal Information according to our instructions and solely for the purposes for which it was provided. Additionally, they must offer sufficient guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate safeguards proportional to the sensitivity of the data they process or receive. Once our Service Providers no longer require your Personal Information, we instruct them to securely destroy the data.

We will also inform you via email at least thirty (30) days before the new version of our Policy takes effect if there are significant changes.
